How much does DriveMatch cost the buyer?

Submitting a request is free. A small sourcing concierge fee is only payable once we successfully match you to a vehicle and the dealer delivers. The fee is disclosed in writing before you commit.

Do you offer finance?

No. DriveMatch is not a Financial Services Provider under the FAIS Act. We do not give financial advice or broker credit. When you're ready, you apply directly with your bank of choice (Absa, WesBank, Nedbank or any other registered credit provider).

How long does sourcing typically take?

Most matches are surfaced within 3–7 working days, depending on the spec, mileage band, and price ceiling. Rare or specific configurations can take longer. You'll see live status updates on your tracking page.

What if I don't like the cars you propose?

Accepted Answer

You can decline any proposal with one click and optional feedback. We'll keep searching. You're never locked in until you accept a vehicle in writing with the dealer.

How does the referral programme work?

Sign up on the Refer & Earn page, verify your email, and share your unique link. When someone you referred takes delivery of a vehicle, you earn R500. Payouts go to the bank account you save on your dashboard.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. DriveMatch is POPIA-compliant. Buyer data is shared only with the specific dealer matched to your request, and only with your consent. Referrers see masked buyer names — never full contact details.

Can I cancel a request?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open the tracking link we emailed you and reply to any status update, or email info@drivematch.co.za. We'll close the lead and stop further outreach immediately.

Do you handle used and new vehicles?

Both. We work with franchised dealerships and pre-owned specialists across South Africa.
