To source vehicles on your behalf, introduce you to vetted dealerships, support finance applications where requested, and administer referral payouts.
Lawful basis
Explicit consent obtained at point of submission, performance of the sourcing service you've requested, and our legitimate interests in operating the referral programme.
Recipients
Registered South African motor dealerships you are matched with and registered credit providers where you've elected Finance.
Your rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Withdraw consent at any time (this may end the sourcing service).
- Object to processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
Cross-border transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data outside South Africa under data-protection terms substantially similar to POPIA.
