DriveMatch ("we", "us") is an independent vehicle sourcing concierge based in South Africa. We are the Responsible Party for the personal information you submit through this site, as defined under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. Information we collect

• Identity & contact details: name, email, cell number, town/province.
• Vehicle preferences: make, model, budget, year, condition.
• Finance preferences (only if you choose Finance): salary bracket and preferred finance house.
• Referral information: referral code used or generated for you.

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to match you with vetted South African motor dealerships, communicate progress, and process referral payouts where applicable. We do not sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary details with the dealerships you've consented to be matched with, and with finance providers only where you've selected Finance as a payment method.

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to fulfil the sourcing request and to meet legitimate business or legal requirements, typically up to 5 years from your last interaction.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
