1. Service
DriveMatch is an independent vehicle sourcing concierge that introduces buyers to vetted South African motor dealerships. We are not a Financial Services Provider (FSP) and do not provide financial, credit, or intermediary financial services under the FAIS Act. All vehicle finance applications are executed directly through registered credit providers.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee finance approval, vehicle availability, pricing, or delivery timelines. Final terms are between you and the dealer or credit provider.
3. Referral programme
Referrers earn R500 per successful vehicle delivery where the buyer used their unique referral code and the dealer invoice has been settled. Payouts are reviewed and released by DriveMatch admin. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent submissions, or referrals that are reversed will be disqualified.
4. Acceptable use
You may not submit false information, spam our forms, scrape our content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend access for any abuse.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveMatch's total liability arising from your use of this service is limited to R500 or the referral payout owed to you, whichever is higher.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
